Final Exam Schedule

Select every day the class meets. Your exam slot is set by the first meeting day and start time — and may land on a different day than the class itself.
Enter the time the class starts. Classes that don’t begin on the hour round down — a 9:30 class uses the 9:00 slot.
Rounding. Courses that do not start on the hour use the hour portion of the start time. A Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 class uses the 9:00 slot.
Grouped and make-up finals. Some exam blocks are reserved for grouped or make-up finals. If your course uses a grouped final, your department or instructor arranges the day, time, and room in advance and announces it. Follow your instructor’s instructions over this tool.
Saturday and Sunday classes. Final exams for all Saturday and Sunday classes are held Friday from 3:00pm – 4:50pm. Confirm the date with your instructor.
Exam conflicts. If two of your finals are scheduled in the same slot, contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@jcu.edu for resolution.
