The Hiring Process: Interviewing, Selection & Retention of Records This session provides relevant information on the hiring process for supervisors, members of search committees and any faculty or staff involved in the hiring process. The training will cover laws related to the employment process and specific legal requirements regarding retention of records, as well as best practices for reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and deciding on successful candidates. Participants also will be provided with an overview of Human Resources’ PeopleAdmin recruitment system, and tips for how the system can assist you in your search process.
