The Facilities Department manages projects from small renovations through the large capital projects. We are responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of these projects. Summer and and other breaks from classes are typically major opportunities to accomplish work; however, our projects run year round, coordinated to be minimally disruptive to the campus community. We embrace an on-going commitment to maintain and improve our facilities for our students and the general JCU community, while being good stewards of the University’s resources.
The Facilities Office is located in Room 07 on the lower level of the Lombardo Student Center and is open M-F 8:30-5:00.
