Newly Renovated Apartments:
Planning is underway to offer additional safe, well-maintained apartments located around Fairmount Circle for juniors and seniors seeking more independent living. We’ll share plans, renderings, and timing as more becomes available.
Renovated, off-campus apartments will feature 1, 2, or 3 bedroom options, including a full kitchen and dynamic shared living space.

Neighboring Boler on the Quad, Bernet's junior and senior apartment-style suites each feature 2-person bedrooms, a full bath and shared living room. Bernet residents have access to a full kitchen, laundry, vending and lounge with TV.

Overlooking Braken Field and directly across the street from DeCarlo Varsity Center, Campion houses first years in double rooms with lounges on each floor and a shared kitchen and tv lounge on the ground floor.

Sitting on the Quad between Rodman and St. Francis Chapel, Dolan is home to the Counseling Center, our our Honors, Arrupe, and Leadership Scholars Living/Learning Community, and first year single and double rooms with community bathrooms + showers. Fully updated in 2022, Dolan offers a shared kitchen on the main floor, and each floor has a TV and study lounge.

Located near the athletic fields and future Field House, Hamlin’s double rooms house first years and sophomores. There’s a full kitchen, laundry + vending on the lower level, and a 3rd floor TV + study lounge.

Located beside Schott Dining Hall and updated in 2014, Murphy offers sophomores, juniors, and seniors a variety of singles, doubles, and 3-4 person suites with private bathrooms and living rooms. Murphy has a full kitchen on the main floor and a kitchenette, lounge and laundry on every floor.

Next door to the quad and Lombardo Student Center, Pacelli was fully renovated in 2023 and offers sophomores modern single and double rooms, gender inclusive bathrooms with individual showers and common rooms on each floor, a shared ground floor kitchen, laundry + vending, and additional laundry on the 2nd floor.

Sutowski houses several of JCUs fraternity and sorority organizations in single occupancy and double rooms. There are common TV lounges on each level and smaller lounges and study rooms on each wing, plus laundry and vending in the basement.

Last December, JCU representatives presented a preliminary plan to redevelop the school’s north gateway at Fairmount Circle into a mixed-use facility. The plan includes enhanced retail, restaurants, and JCU-owned apartments.
