JC4U

Students who entered JCU in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 will live in university-sponsored housing for three years. Students who entered in the fall semester of 2023 or later (excluding commuters whose permanent address is within 35 miles of campus) will live in university-sponsored housing for four years. This policy ensures that we can deliver the most value for you personally, while building an even stronger campus community and culture of caring and belonging for us all.

My Place, My People

JCU-sponsored housing is where you’ll discover active, inclusive, and diverse communities that help you become more in four. Walk the floors with residents from each of our halls and duplexes to learn about the places and people that make JCU a great fit for you.
