JCU Gateway Portal Login

Log in to your JCU Gateway portal using your Campus Network credentials.

Your JCU Gateway is your personalized admitted student portal. With in your JCU Gateway you'll find a list of important dates, information about upcoming events, a link to access your financial aid award (when it becomes available), and more. It is a resource that you'll want to be sure to access regularly. 

Already confirmed your enrollment at JCU? Your JCU Gateway is where you will find a checklist with next steps to complete prior to starting at JCU. Your JCU Gateway is where you will sign up for New Student Orientation (opens on March 1 for incoming first-year students), complete the housing application (opens March 1 for incoming first-year students), and finalize your financial aid.  

You'll need to activate your JCU Campus Network account in order to log in to your JCU Gateway (if you haven't already). Reference the email that was recently sent to you with "JCU Gateway" in the subject to find your Campus Network ID and Reset PIN. Then visit our Self-Service Password change site at password.jcu.edu with these credentials to establish your account password and activate your account.

Once you have activated your JCU Campus Network account, visit go.jcu.edu/status to log into your JCU Gateway portal using your JCU Campus Network credentials.

For international students only: Be sure to submit your Financial Guarantee Form prior to completing your Reply to Offer of Admission Form and paying your $300 deposit.

Then visit our Self-Service Password change site at password.jcu.edu with these credentials to establish your account password and activate your account.

Already activated your JCU Campus Network account? If so, visit go.jcu.edu/status to log into your JCU Gateway portal using your Campus Network credentials.

There are three ways you can confirm your enrollment:

1. You can enroll by logging in to your JCU Gateway to submit your Reply to Offer of Admission Form and $300 deposit online. A paper copy of the Reply to Offer of Admission form is linked below, if you would prefer to mail a check, or if a parent or guardian would like to submit the deposit for you.

2. Download a pdf of the Reply to Offer of Admission Form to send along with your deposit check by mail. Deposits sent by mail must be postmarked on or before Saturday, May 1, 2021 for first-year students and on or before Friday, January 8, 2021 for transfer students.
