Alumni from the classes ending in 0, 1, 5, & 6 are invited back to JCU for a safe and memorable Reunion experience. Event planning during this pandemic has been a fluid process and we appreciate your patience, understanding, and collaboration in making Reunion 2021 a success. The alumni team has crafted a plan in conjunction with the JCU Covid-19 Task Force to host you and deliver a sense of normalcy and goodwill to our alumni community. Please know that Reunion 2021 is limited to only those graduates celebrating a reunion and their guests. Unlike past reunions, we are unable to facilitate an all-Cleveland night or a Gold Streak dinner reception due to space limitations and health guidelines.

REGISTRATION CLOSES JUNE 4, 2021. YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND. 

Our current plan and expectations for the event are detailed below.

  • All alumni, including reunion classes, are invited to take part in the annual JCU Alumni Golf Classic on Friday, June 11 at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course. Tee times are slated to begin at noon. Reunion class leaders are welcome to plan class-based gatherings on Friday evening if there is interest among classmates.
  • Reunion 2021 officially begins with check-in on the morning of June 12. The celebration will be condensed to a singular day featuring a creative and fun menu of offerings to provide the traditional JCU reunion experience along with new opportunities, while ensuring the safety of all attendees. 
  • Highlights include a Blue Streak Beer Garden in the new-look Keller Commons, Mass in Don Shula Stadium, multiple tents for class dinners throughout campus, food trucks for the more recent reunion classes (package includes 2 meal and 1 dessert voucher per person) on the Hamlin Quad, lantern tours of campus at night, live music, and fireworks to close out the night!  Bring your blankets for an evening under the stars!
  • Reunion 2021 will be an outdoor event with enrichment programs, Mass, class dinners, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to experience the campus and community with your safety at the forefront of our plan. There will be no lodging on campus in the residence halls, but room blocks at several area hotels will be available.

Reunion Package Options & Pricing (note: when registering, entering your class year will drop down the various Reunion package options based on your year):

  • Full Day Option: Includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and programming throughout the day. 

    • Classes of 1960, 1961, 1965, 1966, 1970, 1971 - Complimentary in honor of your membership in the Gold Streaks Affinity Group
    • Graduates of the Last Decade (G.O.L.D.) Classes Celebrating Reunion (2010, 2011, 2015, & 2016) - $112.50 per alumnus/a in G.O.L.D.
    • All Other Alumni & Guests - $125 per person 
  • Dinner-Only Option: Dinners will be held throughout campus. 

    • Classes of 1960, 1961, 1965, 1966, 1970, 1971 - Complimentary in honor of your membership in the Gold Streaks Affinity Group
    • All Alumni & Guests - $50 per person
  • Drink Tickets must be purchased during the registration process. Tickets are $5 each and can be exchanged for either a glass of wine or beer at Reunion on June 12. All sales are final.
