Liturgy and prayer give us life and challenge us to live our faith more deeply. Student participation is integral to the worship experience at John Carroll and is reflected in all of our liturgical celebrations. A committee consisting of students, priests, and campus ministry staff plan seasonal celebrations, prayer services, and special Masses. More than 100 students are involved in planning liturgies, and as sacristans, lectors, Eucharistic ministers, and altar servers. In addition to Mass on campus every day except Saturday, there are other opportunities to participate in Catholic devotions. If you are not a confirmed Catholic, you may also prepare for sacramental initiation through our RCIA program.
