Cardiovascular Equipment
The Corbo Fitness Center offers over 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment. This includes treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, rowers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, spin bikes, and ergometers.

Strength Equipment
The Corbo Fitness Center also offers a full line of Cybex Eagle selectorized machines, a two-cable column cable machine, and dumbbells that range from 5-100 pounds. Additionally, plate-loaded equipment, power racks, Smith machines, and adjustable benches are available for a well-rounded strength workout.

Group Fitness

The group fitness program is a welcoming, inclusive, and friendly environment that encourages participants to exercise in a fun group environment. A variety of classes are taught by student and non-student instructors and are design to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Classes are free to all current Department of Recreation members and take place in the Fitness Studio on the lower level of the RecPlex. The Fall 2019 schedule will be available in early August.

**A reminder to all fitness patrons: Be reminded that anyone new to a fitness class MUST complete a waiver before the class begins (the instructor will provide this form). Thank you!

Cycling
This indoor cycling class will burn mega-calories while toning your legs all over. (This class is limited to 20 participants on a first come first serve basis.

Ground & Center Yoga
A yoga class concentrated on working with poses that ground (mainly focusing on the first chakra and spinal twists). Occasional use of pranayama depending on practitioners.

PiYo
Define yourself and look long and lean with no weights and no jumps. Combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. Crank up the music and the fun with this calorie burning workout. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga
This class focuses on furthering the foundational skills that apply to any other yoga class, style, or level. Expect more flowing sequences, stamina building, and peaking postures to enhance your yoga practice.

Recharge & Rebalance Yoga
A yoga class based around spinal twists and balance poses with energizing short vinyasas and breath work.

Restore & Renew Yoga
A restorative yoga class with occasional, initial, qigong and vinyasa to release and open…but mainly restorative poses with bolsters and blankets.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Students move consistently from pose to pose while incorporating the principles of pose alignment, the practice of personal awareness, and the breath!

Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
