Description: This 60-minute session will provide employees with an overview of the University's policies and practices on addressing sexual harassment and interpersonal violence. The training will discuss:

  • the role of Title IX officers;
  • the behaviors prohibited by the University's Sexual Harassment and IPV policy;
  • requirements and best practices for mandatory reporters;
  • processes available for addressing reports of misconduct;

The goal of the session is to provide a high-level review of key legal concepts and a practical application of these issues for supervisors using scenarios and discussion. Supervisors will have an opportunity to ask questions on these key topics, as well.
