About James "Jim" A. Coyne '82:  Jim Coyne is a partner at Stoneleigh Capital LLC. Since 1994, Mr. Coyne has led or played a key role in the acquisition, financing and oversight of companies that have invested in excess of $3 billion in real estate, finance and transportation related assets. He has partnered in real estate companies that have owned over 3,000 apartments, one million square feet of commercial space and 1,000 single family building lots. He has also invested in and served on the boards of companies that have operated ultra-premium hotels, owned ski resorts and hospitals.

He is formerly the President of PLM International and Executive Vice President of Equis Financial Group. Equis and PLM were leasing companies that invested over $2 billion in commercial aircraft, shipping vessels, rail cars, trailers, and other equipment. With PLM he served as the primary executive officer for 5 different SEC reporting companies.

Mr. Coyne has a BSBA with a finance concentration from John Carroll University (where he is currently a member of its board of directors and on its finance and investment committees); a Master of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University; and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Whinney, a predecessor to Ernst & Young.
