(Cleveland, OH) – Elizabeth Swenson, Ph.D., is the recipient of John Carroll University’s 2010 Distinguished Faculty Award. This award will be presented to her during the University’s Commencement ceremony on May 23, 2010. Dr. Elizabeth Swenson is a professor in the Department of Psychology. She teaches Psychology and Law. Dr. Swenson is also a recipient of the 2001-2002 George E. Grauel Faculty Fellowship. The Distinguished Faculty Award is given annually to a faculty member who has exemplified a quality classroom performance with a balanced contribution to scholarship, community service, and the spirit of Jesuit education. The selection committee is comprised of faculty, students, administrators, and alumni.
