John Carroll University will celebrate the Classes of 2020 and 2021 when Commencement Exercises take place on May 20, May 22, and May 23, 2021. Sean P. Nolan ‘90, Chairman of Encoded Therapeutics and Affinia Therapeutics, will be the keynote speaker for the graduate ceremony and Pete Williams, NBC justice correspondent, will be the keynote speaker of the undergraduate ceremony.

All ceremonies and Mass are ticketed events. Each will be available via livestream at jcu.edu/commencement.

Members of the John Carroll community and visitors who are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask indoors and maintain six feet of physical distance indoors, as provided for in the Interim COVID-19 policy. They are also required to wear a mask outdoors if they are unable to maintain six feet of physical distance and to follow all the COVID-19 safety protocols. These protocols will apply to 2021 Commencement Exercises.
