(University Heights, OH)  – John Carroll University alumnus, Ronald Dziedzicki ’92G,  has been promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in the U.S. Army.  Dziedzicki is employed by University Hospitals of Cleveland, where he is Chief Support Services Officer for UH Case Medical Center. He will be assigned as a Deputy Commanding General for the 3rd Medical Deployment Support Command, Fort Gillem, GA.

Dziedzicki earned his M.B.A. from John Carroll University’s  Boler School of Business in 1992.  He graduated from Ursuline in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Dziedzicki has 26 years of service to the United States Army Reserves and is currently serving as commander, 307th Medical Brigade, Columbus, Ohio.

 

President Barack Obama nominated Dziedicki, and the U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination. The effective date of his promotion is October 9, 2010.
