John Carroll University earned an overall of ranking of #7 in the Midwest in the latest U.S. News & World Report “Best Colleges” guide. In addition to recognizing John Carroll in the “top 10” among regional universities for the 28th consecutive year, JCU ranked #2 for a “Strong Commitment to Undergraduate Teaching,” and #7 among schools recognized in the “Best Colleges for Veterans” category. Also, the University’s John M. and Mary Jo Boler School of Business made the list of best “Undergraduate Business Programs.” “We appreciate this great news that acknowledges the dedication of our faculty to our students,” said John Carroll University President Robert L. Niehoff, S.J. “This year marks the University’s 130-year anniversary, and during that time we have consistently provided an exceptional educational experience, teaching bright young men and women skills that will help them lead and serve,” Father Niehoff emphasized. The U.S. News & World Report college rankings are available online. The print edition of the “Best Colleges 2017” guidebook will be in stores starting October 4.
