John Carroll University is required to provide the University community with information in a timely fashion regarding criminal activity that might represent an ongoing threat to the safety of the students and employees. Crimes that would require a timely notification are: murder, sex offenses – forcible and non-forcible, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, motor vehicle theft, manslaughter, and arson. The manner in which this information is conveyed may include, but is not limited to: email notification, Carroll News articles, and fliers posted on campus. Students, faculty, and staff should read these notifications. Anyone with relevant information concerning the notices is encouraged to call University Police at 216.397.1234 or the Tip Line at 216.397.1515.
