Time Card Approval

All non-exempt staff are required to electronically report time worked through the Employee Dashboard using a Time Sheet.

Please refer to the Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule for Time Sheet submission dates.  Supervisor approval is due by midnight the same day.

Employees will use their single sign-on to log in and complete the process. Instructions can be found below.

Leave Report Approval

All exempt staff are required to electronically report time off usage through the Employee Dashboard using a leave report.

Employees will use their single sign-on to log in and complete the process. Instructions can be found below. 

Employees have until the 5th of the month to record prior month’s time taken and to submit a leave report. Leave reports are to be submitted each month whether time-off is taken or not. Just a reminder, any time-off taken should be approved in advance by your supervisor. 

NEW: Supervisors have until the 10th of the month to approve their direct report's leave reports.

Time should be entered in hours rather than days.  Exempt Staff are scheduled to work 7.5 hours each day so please be sure to enter 7.5 hours for a full day and 3.75 hours for a half day.
