Description: This 60-minute session will explore pervasive gender-based micro-inequities, and their implications in the workplace. Participants will examine and discuss specific examples of micro-inequities and implicit biases that commonly occur in:
- candidate recruiting;
- performance reviews;
- team building.
This session will also briefly explore options for proactive intervention in the workplace.
