WHAT:            The Maroon Discussion Series is an ongoing program sponsored by Maroon, Incorporated, of Avon, Ohio.  Maroon, Inc., is a specialty chemical distributor with deep roots in Northeast Ohio and a global reach.  The Maroon Discussion Series brings Asian and American business leaders to John Carroll University to discuss Asia-related issues in business and the economy. WHO:              Chris Chen is the founder and executive director of VERDEX XINLI, a Shanghai-based emerging supplier of high performance colors for industrial use. His previous professional experience includes helping a United Kingdom chemical company set up operations in China and serving as its Country Manager (China) for four years.  Mr. Chen is also a part-time trainer in cross culture communication for business professionals.
