WHAT: A lecture by Michael Struk as part of the Boler School of Business Spring 2009 Leadership Speaker Series. WHO: Michael Struk grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey. He attended Drexel University in Philadelphia and majored in hotel and restaurant management with a business administration minor. Mr. Struk worked in various hotels in Harvard Square, Boston, and Philadelphia; finally running his own hotel in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. After moving to Cleveland in 2002, he opened his first Zeppe’s Pizzeria location in University Heights. He is also the vice president of the Heights-Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce.
