University Budget Advisory Committee

The University Budget Advisory Committee (UBAC) will:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of the macro resource issues and economic and regulatory trends that impact and inform the University’s financial sustainability.
Collaborate and forge linkages with the University Strategic Planning Group and other University leadership groups responsible for setting the institution’s strategic priorities.
Review annual macro budgetary projection, and within the framework of the University’s strategic goals, make recommendations and provide advice to senior leadership about operating and capital budget priorities.
Facilitate communication of the University’s operating and capital budgets in a transparent, informative and participative manner to the University community.
