Advancement Services supports the Division of University Advancement and the University at large by providing vital information services and data analysis that enhance the University's reputation, relationship and resources. We do so by:

  • Maintaining the database of JCU's alumni and friends;
  • Enhancing fundraising initiatives with prospect development and stewardship activities;
  • Providing reporting, data mining and analysis; and
  • Ensuring accurate gift and record management.

List of Alumni or Friends of the University

Use this form to request lists of Alumni and Friends (including organizations, foundations, businesses) for various purposes.

Gift or Pledge Designation Form

Please complete this cover sheet so that Advancement Services correctly enters the Pledge, Pledge Payment, or outright Gift to appropriate designation from correct donor. It will be emailed to Advancement Services when you submit it. A copy will be sent to you.

Provide Updated Contact Information

Use this form to request updates to phone numbers, email addresses, or mailing addresses that currently appear in Banner. 

New Designation Request

Use this form to set up an account and request an account number for a new designation into which gifts will be deposited.
