Budget Board Information

Spring 2025 Budget Board Meeting Dates:

  • Monday, March 17

  • Monday, March 31

  • Monday, April 14

All meetings will begin at 3:00 pm on these dates and will take place in the Dean of Students Conference Room (located on the second floor of the Student Center). Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time. 

You do not need to bring a slide deck; however, it will be beneficial to bring handouts or submit a proposed budget beforehand to studentorgs@jcu.edu so we can prepare for your presentation.

Reminder: All requests are due seven days before each meeting in order to be heard at that meeting. The SOBB request forms can be found in Carroll Connect. All requests received after this deadline will be heard at the next available meeting date. After you submit the request form, the Director of Student Organizations will contact you for your meeting appointment time.
