Alpha Kappa Psi is a Professional Co-ed Business Fraternity founded in 1904 with the purpose of developing student members into principled business leaders. Alpha Kappa Psi has over 240,000 initiated members at 265 universities in three countries — making it the oldest and largest business fraternity in the world.

Here is some information regarding Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation Scholarships:

  • more than $40,000 in scholarships awarded annually
  • scholarships awards range between $500 – $2,500
  • Scholarship applications are due in March each year
  • scholarships awarded each July for upcoming academic year
  • some scholarships available to all AKPsi students
  • other scholarships focus on those majoring in specific fields

Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation Scholarships Eligibility:

  • Initiated members, undergraduate and graduate, of Alpha Kappa Psi in good standing with the fraternity.
  • Full-time student with a GPA of at least 2.75 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Strong record of chapter and/or campus leadership.
  • Potential members may apply, but should be initiated by the application deadline.
  • In addition to general eligibility guidelines, some scholarships are designated for candidates with certain qualifications.

The American Marketing Association provides a platform of experiential learning activities to help student marketers put theory into practice, while developing their leadership skills.

As a member of the Boler AMA Collegiate Chapter, you open yourself and your future career to a network of 11,000 student members at 20 Ohio collegiate chapters, and 370 AMA collegiate chapters in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and select International locations.

The AMA Annual International Collegiate Conference is a three-day event where marketing students can hear from top speakers in the field and network with other AMA chapter members. The next International Collegiate Conference will be held April 5-7, 2018 in New Orleans, LA.

Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International.

Beta Gamma Sigma membership is by Invitation Only. Boler students in the top 10% of undergraduate juniors, the top 10% of undergraduate seniors (those that have applied for graduation) and the top 20% of graduating graduate students are reviewed by Boler faculty, and if approved, are issued a formal invitation to join the society.

John Carroll University is proud to be involved in Beta Gamma Sigma for 45 years, and was recently recognized as an Honors Chapter for the 2016-2017 academic year.

The Economics Association provides experience and exposure to economics, within business and research in areas outside the classroom.
