To change your password, visit https://password.jcu.edu/ and follow the steps. 

IMPORTANT: Do not change your password using CTRL+ALT+DEL on any JCU Windows machine. Make sure you log out and log back in to reflect your new password on any JCU machines.

Your existing password will expire on Oct 31, 2021.  If you have not reset your password by then you will not be able to access campus resources until you do. Please change your password as soon as possible. 

Single Sign-on comes to VPN with Multi-factor Authentication on October 11th at 10 am

The JCU Virtual Private Network (VPN) will be moved behind single sign-on (SSO) and Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services on October 11th between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, as we continue to enhance cyber protection to secure our network. The VPN may be briefly unavailable during this transition.

Once the change is made, you will see the JCU SSO server login instead of the VPN login screen you see currently. You should continue to log in using your JCU campus user id and password along with the added multi-factor authentication step.
