You’ll have a lot on your mind as a new student. We don’t want tech-related questions to be overwhelming. So we’ve put together this simple step-by-step guide. Your tech will be up and running in no time.

Single Sign-on (Campus Network ID and Password)

  • If you have not already set your JCU Campus Network ID password, please visit and set your password. This will set your password for your JCU Campus Network ID, BannerWeb, and your JCU Google (GMAIL) Account.
  • You will need your Banner ID and initial password that are available in your JCU Gateway Account. (If you are having issues accessing your JCU Gateway Account, please contact your enrollment manager at 216-397-4294)
