Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Minor

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) minor encourages students to engage with social differences and raise awareness of the variety of ways humans experience social bias and injustice in an increasingly diverse world. Students will see how they can reinforce or confront certain interpersonal dynamics and social structures. Students will be empowered to be part of creating more equitable and just environments.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is an interdisciplinary minor comprised of 18 credits, including one required course and 15 credits of electives. The minor is a collaborative venture between the College of Arts & Sciences and the Boler College of Business.
